Some states require that specific accreditation information be included on certificates of completion. If your state has this requirement, you can add your license number(s) to your profile to display accreditation information applicable for your license(s). To do this, please follow these steps:


1. Log in to your account at CEUfast.com.

2. From your account home page, click the "Edit Profile" link near your name.

3. Scroll down the page to the "My Licenses" section and click the "Add License" button.

4. Enter your license information and click the "Add License" button to accept the information for your profile.


Once you have successfully added license information to your account, accreditation statements and provider numbers applicable for that license will be displayed on your certificate(s) of completion.


Please Note: Due to mandated requirements, additional statements not relevant to your specific license may be included.
